 I needed to map the network topology of our small office. I wanted to figure out which machines were connected to which switch without having to figure out the physical connections by tracing each network port to the patch panel which is a bit of a mess. LanTopology looked just the job. It did find the managed switches I didn\'t expect it to find the unmanaged ones but that would be a cool feature. However that was it.  Less useful than I had hoped I tried to use DhcpExplorer to debug problems with a change of DHCP server on my network.Unfortunately, I found it did not help. It displayed the DHCP parameters for DHCP server which I knew was working, but failed to show me any information about one which was not working.Great idea, but it would need to show more detail of what might have gone wrong to be of help to me in this situation.

password discovery it is grate..... nothing to say it works.....
 Poor instructions for use. Once I opened my eyes and saw how to use the program I was able to use the software. Also I realize now that the program can only work in an IE browser. While the instructions clearly state that I did not pay attention to that yntil 15 minutes of playing around with it.
